As the leader of the warehouse team, you are constantly finding ways to increase efficiency and smooth out our logistical operations. You are involved in optimizing the logistics operations of your assigned team, ensuring that there is consistent adherence to the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and procedure compliance.

How do you do this? In the role of warehouse teamleader, you report directly to our warehouse manager and lead a team of about 10 to 25 warehouse operators. You know better than anyone how to bring out the best in your team members and ensure continuous improvement of our logistical processes, in order to serve our customers as well as possible. You get this done by:

• providing input for projects aimed at improving our logistical processes and procedures;
• coaching, training, and directing your team members;
• complying with and ensuring adherence to legal, corporate, and safety regulations;
• managing operational tasks and ensuring everything is properly coordinated.

You bring

• demonstrable leadership experience;
• willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00 – 15:00 & 15:00 – 24:00);
• good command of the English language in both speech and writing.
