Do you want to work at the heart of our road transport operation and liaise daily with customers and colleagues? In this broad role, you gain full insight into shipments from A to Z and contribute to building long-term customer relationships within DSV Road.

Coordinating and monitoring customer shipments within our road transport department in Tilburg: you’re on it.
How you do this? As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for your customers and ensure that orders, communication and administration align seamlessly. You maintain overview, respond to month-end peaks or product launches and confidently share operational details with customers. You achieve this by:
- processing incoming and outgoing orders in our systems;
- coordinating with planning, operations and other internal departments;
- independently handling and monitoring administrative tasks;
- professionally supporting customers and proactively sharing operational updates.
Your team stands out within DSV for its strong sense of collaboration and motivation to achieve the best possible results together. You will join a team of 20 colleagues and 2 team leaders, where you complement each other, challenge one another and jointly take responsibility for a diverse customer portfolio.

You bring
- mbo+ working and thinking level; recently graduated? This is a great opportunity to start your career;
- strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- eagerness to learn and the ability to switch quickly between different systems;
- enjoyment in acting as the link between customer and internal organisation, with a proactive mindset, strong administrative skills and confidence in customer contact.
