As a Freight Forwarder White Glove at DSV, you organise and coordinate high-end, service-oriented transport solutions across Europe. Working within DSV White Glove means working on transport solutions where standard simply isn’t enough. These deliveries require extra care, precision and service, and you make sure every detail is right: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a Freight Forwarder White Glove, you take full ownership of complex and high-value shipments. These include goods that require special handling, such as medical equipment, high-tech installations or luxury products. You coordinate the entire process, from transport to possible installation, assembly or additional on-site services. You achieve this by:

• planning, monitoring and coordinating White Glove deliveries and customer-specific requirements;
• registering and processing orders, transport documentation and service reports;
• safeguarding quality, customer experience and agreed service levels;
• anticipating deviations and acting immediately in case of disruptions or changes;
• actively contributing to process improvements, efficiency and the further development of our premium services.

You bring

• strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
• a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain overview;
• a strong sense of responsibility and a natural drive to deliver quality;
• a degree in transport or logistics is a plus, but passion for the profession matters more;
• some experience in planning or coordinating transport, for example as a freight forwarder or transport planner;
• good command of Dutch and English.
