Move forward as Inside Sales New Business at DSV in Venlo or Tilburg
Are you commercially driven and energised by acquiring new customers? In this role you are given the freedom to create opportunities, build relationships and directly contribute to the growth of DSV.

Generating new customers and achieving sustainable revenue growth within a competitive and constantly changing logistics market: you’re on it.
How you do this? By actively approaching potential customers via telephone, email and online channels, you play an important role in expanding our customer base. You research the market, map out new prospects and are able to identify commercial opportunities at an early stage. With your curiosity and commercial insight, you uncover customers’ logistics challenges and translate these into suitable solutions. In doing so, you lay the foundation for valuable customer relationships and directly contribute to growth ambitions.
In addition, you convince prospects of the added value of our transport and logistics services. You build and manage a strong sales pipeline, schedule meetings and independently conduct (online) sales conversations. You also prepare quotations and ensure accurate follow-up. Working closely with account management and operations, you ensure that new customers are successfully onboarded and have a smooth start within DSV. In this way, you guide the entire journey: from first contact to a sustainable partnership. You achieve this by:
- creating new commercial opportunities by actively approaching prospects via telephone, email and digital channels;
- building, managing and further developing a strong sales pipeline, including preparing and carefully following up quotations;
- ensuring a smooth onboarding of new customers by working closely with account management and operations.

You bring
- a natural drive to recognise and seize commercial opportunities and deliver results;

- fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- strong communication skills and genuine interest in the needs of customers, markets and developments.
