As Manager Centralised Operations Center Land NL, you are nationally responsible for leading and developing the Operations Center Land department basid in Tilburg, Ede and Venlo. You ensure seamless collaboration between our inbound and outbound service departments so that our customers can always rely on excellent service; digital where possible, personal where needed.
In this role, you serve as the central national point of contact for our inbound and outbound services, ensuring optimal cooperation between various internal, external, and international stakeholders. You play a key role in centralising and professionalising the different import and export processes. You hold final responsibility for providing optimal support to our customers, partners, and consignees; measured, among other things, by our NPS scores. These scores often form the starting point for improvement actions initiated under your leadership across various internal and external areas.
You achieve this through effective leadership, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, optimising processes, and providing reliable reports and management information. How you do it?
You make sure our departments perform at their best and that our partners and consignees are served efficiently. You encourage the use of our digital self-service platform and work towards a uniform, future-proof way of operating. You achieve this by:
- establishing a standardised way of working across the departments, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction;
- analysing performance and deviations and translating them into strategic decisions for continuous process and service improvement;
- leading, coaching, and developing your teams together with the team leaders;
- monitoring and adjusting SLAs and KPIs, ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction (NPS), and continuously improving service delivery;
- overseeing productivity and quality;
- acting as an escalation point at management level for complex customer and operational issues;
- driving collaboration and synergy between departments, locations, and international teams.

You bring
- a completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- at least 5 years of leadership experience;
- experience in process optimisation and change management;
- digitalisation and customer satisfaction are part of your DNA;
- excellent prioritisation, coordination, and time management skills, combined with flexibility;
- strong people management skills;
- excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
