Move forward as Office Operative Export at DSV in Tilburg

Would you like to work in a dynamic export environment where administration and logistics come together? In this role, you ensure that export shipments are processed accurately, on time and according to agreement within our Road division.

Supporting and monitoring the administrative handling of the operational export process, including forwarding activities: you’re on it.

How you do this? You maintain full control of the administrative process, monitor progress and ensure that documentation, tracking and communication with partners and customer service are accurate and up to date. You achieve this by:

• processing, registering and administratively handling export shipments including documentation and tracking;
• monitoring transport progress, identifying deviations in line with SLA agreements and coordinating with partners and customer service;
• receiving and handling questions and complaints regarding delays, damages or other irregularities;
• checking goods inventory, analysing discrepancies and resolving operational deviations in consultation with your supervisor.

You bring

• mbo+ level of thinking and working, with experience in an administrative role preferably within logistics or transport;
• strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
• good knowledge of automated systems and Microsoft Office;
• a precise, solution-oriented and communicatively strong working attitude.
