• Elaboración y control de facturas de Importación, exportación y transferencias virtuales
• Envió de documentación al Agente Aduanal para la realización de la importación, exportación y transferencia virtual
• Preparar, actualizar y archivar los reportes de Importación y Exportación
• Actualizar información en sistemas de aduanas
• Revisión de las cuentas de gastos recuperables de aduanas y actualización del reporte
• Capturar pedimentos en el sistema de Gics
• Seguimiento a los embarques.
• Mantener actualizados a los clientes acerca de los status de sus embarques
• Realizar cartas de instrucciones y enviarlas a los Agentes Aduanales en cada embarque
• Asegurar que los pedimentos de importación y exportación sean entregados en tiempo
• Archivo de Facturas, pedimentos y documentación relacionada con Comercio Exterior
• Desarrollar cualquier nueva actividad y o proyecto asignado
