Do you want to be a key driver for identifying gaps, opportunities for improvement and best practices related to QHSE and security? Do you have a customer centric approach to audits, customer agreements and are you able to identify business risk and potential consequences?

Background

As DSV is expanding and we see an increase in complexity in product mix, requirements and legislation we need to strengthen the focus on compliance, implementation of processes and procedures as well as effectiveness and efficiency of these. We need to optimize our business, lean our processes and capture best practices so we stay ahead of our competitors and increase the loyalty of existing and future customers.

As we are present in more than 80 countries and hundreds of sites we need to ensure we have an up-to-date oversight of the level of compliance, risks associated to customers’ needs and expectations as well to identify best practices across the organization.

Joining DSV as an auditor, you will be encouraged to drive, develop, and continuously improve the way we work – making sure we do things correctly, mature the organization and make us more resilient.

 

Conducting audits
Joining our Global QHSE, Sustainability & Supply Chain Security, Air & Sea, you will act as a management system ambassador and support for the management on how QEHS & Security audits should be carried out on a regional and global level to ensure the highlighting of risks and identification of best practices enabling cross regional learning.

  • Provide accurate audit trails
  • Propose findings to the lead auditor/quality director
  • Assessing and auditing for assurance
  • Propose sustainable opportunities for improvement and business success
  • Support the development of learning and a blame-free culture
  • Apply systems thinking to support effective outcomes

 

Qualifications

You have previously worked within QHSE and maybe security audits, and with your experience, you understand the importance of, and the complexity given by stakeholder’s needs.

Additionally, you have: 

  • Comprehensive knowledge within quality management systems
  • Solid knowledge and insights in standards e.g. TAPA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other management system standards
  • Knowledge within logistics
  • Solid knowledge of risk assessment

    Furthermore, you have:
  • Several years’ experience working in a large international organization conducting audits (QHSE);
  • Strong understanding of investigative methodologies and tools and risk identification and mitigation strategies as well as root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of international and local laws and regulations related to compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 

 

Any formal qualifications as a certified auditor or certified quality manager will be a plus and so is knowledge about security.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $22.50 – $30.50 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
