Within our Control Room department, you’ll ensure our automated warehouse performs at its best. With your expertise and strategic insight, you keep production processes running smoothly and help elevate our operations to the next level: you’re on it.

How you do this? Together with your team, you monitor and steer logistics processes, analyse real-time data, and intervene when needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. You anticipate potential disruptions, swiftly resolve bottlenecks, and make sure all workflows keep moving efficiently. Your expertise and insights directly contribute to the success and continued development of this new department. You achieve this by:

• starting up, monitoring, controlling, and closing production processes;
• analysing system data and maintaining focus on daily objectives;
• escalating and resolving process disruptions when necessary.

You bring

• extensive experience in logistics and automated warehouse processes, for example as a process engineer, automation engineer, or troubelshooter;
• proven leadership skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems;
• an analytical and strategic mindset that helps you maintain oversight, set priorities, and perform well under pressure;
• excellent command of the English language and confidence with various software systems.
