You get it done
Together with your colleagues, you will manage a customer portfolio consisting of some 3,500 debtors, spread across the three divisions within DSV. In short, you’re on it!
How will you do this? With the help of our SAP system and collection modules, you and your colleagues know exactly which priorities need to be followed up on a daily basis.
You get this done by:
- monitoring payment terms within your portfolio, using our SAP system, FSCM and Fiori;
- identifying causes for payment delays, assessing the feasibility of claims and making proposals for customised payment arrangements;
- sending statements of account, reminders and copy invoices;
- communicating with our operation about possible disputes or arrears. To discuss which actions should be taken;
- keeping an eye on whether agreements made regarding claims for outstanding invoices are met. You keep in touch with customers and colleagues about this.

You bring
- MBO working and thinking level;
- some experience in credit control, accounts receivable and working with an accounts receivable tracking system;
- knowledge of SAP is a nice plus, but through a thorough induction programme we will teach you all the ins-and-outs of our systems;
- good command of both Dutch and English.
