Checking, correcting and processing financial data for both incoming and outgoing invoice flows: You’re on it.
How you do this? As a financial administrative assistant, you’ll be responsible for processing and managing the invoicing and financial administration. You gain energy from working with numbers and support your work with the available data. You achieve this by:
- preparing, checking, correcting and processing our sales and purchase invoices;
- performing checks based on various reports and available data;
- you’ll maintain contacts with external parties and your colleagues, including both the shared service centre and the operations team.

You bring
- affinity with financial and administrative tasks;
- a proactive and flexible work attitude;
- good computer skills, preferably with experience in Excel;
- proficiency in both Dutch and English.
