Ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our HR processes. You'll play a crucial role in processing changes related to employee entry, development, and exit within our HR system: You’re on it.

 

How you do this? As an HR assistant, you'll be responsible for the entire personnel administration. You'll make sure all changes related to employee onboarding, internal movement, and offboarding are processed accurately, ensuring we always have up-to-date and correct employee data. You'll work closely with your HR Support colleagues to achieve this. Whether it's adjusting contracts, entering new employees into the system, or processing salary changes, you’ve got it covered.

 

Your keen eye for detail allows us to quickly spot and correct discrepancies. You’ll also ensure that our systems are always up-to-date and that collective labour agreement (CLA) rules and internal procedures are followed. Thanks to your dedication, we can rely on a flawless and efficient HR administration. You achieve this by:

  • managing and updating all entry, development, and exit processes in our HR system, working meticulously while adhering to specific CLA rules and procedures across various business units;
  • processing various administrative tasks such as managing the hours and corrections of temporary workers, keeping track of information about work anniversaries and employees nearing retirement, updating personnel files, and checking hours;
  • acting as a point of contact for employees, managers, and HR colleagues with questions about changes submitted via digital workflows, employment conditions, and relevant (social) legislation and regulations.

You bring

 

  • a completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Personeel and Labouw Law; 
  • experience working with multiple business units, legal entities, and applicable collective labour agreements;
  • proficiency in both Dutch and English.
