DSV Road
For our fast-growing division DSV Road, based in Venlo, we are looking for an IT Supporter to expand our Regional IT Services team.

 

The content of your role:
As an IT Supporter within our Regional IT Sevices department, you are there every day for all your regional colleagues with questions/problems. You work together with your team, using a ticket system in which requests, failures or questions are entered. For each ticket, you provide a suitable solution or you escalate this to our IT colleagues abroad. 

One day you will be called in for projects, such as moving to a new building. Here, you and your team arrange the installation and implementation of all workstations, facilities and internet. The next day, you will prepare the hand scanners for our forklift truck drivers. In short, this is a fun and varied role, in which you will be challenged every day to realise the most efficient solution for our IT issues!

 

Other tasks in your role include:
- Handling requests, malfunctions or questions using a ticket system; 
- You actively participate in large projects, working closely with our Facility colleagues;
- Monitoring the progress of the various customer calls within the established SLAs/ lead times and adjusting if necessary;
- Drawing up (work) instructions for customers, colleagues and team members;
- Identifies shortcomings and formulates recommendations to structurally prevent common complaints and questions;
- Suggests improvements for the general service, quality and technical functionalities.

- You have completed an MBO 4 education, preferably in the field of ICT/IT;
- You already have several years of work experience within a service desk / IT support or similar position and are ready for the next step in your career;
- You have knowledge of networks;
- You have strong communication and analytical skills;
- You have an eye for detail and are used to working with deadlines.
