For our fastgrowing division DSV Solutions, we are looking for a:

 

Logistics Engineer - Integration Consultant

 

What are you going to do?

The main activities of the BCM department consist of implementing / migrating customers on the WMS. In addition, analyzing disruptions in the field of logistic information provision, automation systems and communication tools. Nearly all projects require the setup of EDI messages with our customers. Together with the Logistics Engineer, Customer and IT the integration Consultant is responsible for a successful implementation of the EDI messages in our message broker. In this job the Integration Consultant is not doing the development by him/her self but is more acting as an intermediary between the business and the EDI department.


Your daily work will be:
•    Analyzing the EDI requirements and creating mapping specifications for the EDI department;
•    Testing the mappings delivered by the EDI team;
•    Organizing user acceptance testing;
•    Workshops with Customers to define EDI solutions.

•    Experience with EDI projects (XML, EDIFACT, API);
•    Control of the English language in word and writing;
•    Knowledge of logistic and administrative processes and systems;
•    Good knowledge of MS Office and applications;
•    Structured and accurate way of working;
•    Willing to travel and work around the world;
•    Willing to work together with colleagues from other cultures.
