Are you an experienced and inspiring leader with a passion for automation and HR processes? Do you have a background in HR and excellent leadership and project management skills? Your experience as a manager HR support in logistics will shine in one of the top players in the logistics market.

Ensuring the consistency and proper execution of all HR processes in accordance with the collective labor agreement, company regulations, policies, and applicable regulations: You’re on it.

How do you do this? You are the driving force behind our dedicated HR support team, consisting of 13 colleagues. Together with your team, you are responsible for the daily operation of HR support and the support of managers and employees within DSV. Your focus is on optimizing our personnel administration and further automating our HR processes and systems. You turn our HR support department into a true knowledge center. With your expertise, you make a substantial contribution to our HR projects.

You achieve this by:

• assessing, improving, and optimizing our work processes and HR processes to provide the right service to DSV managers and employees in collaboration with your team;
• initiating improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing and improving procedures and leading improvement projects;
• further developing the service-oriented service of our HR support team;
• provide management information in the field of compensation & benfits and act as an enquiry point for HR colleagues;
• contributing to the development of employees within your team, both personally and professionally.

You bring

• demonstrable leadership experience with employees from different cultures and language areas.
• a can-do mentality;
• experience in automation projects, continuous improvement projects, or other relevant process optimizations;
• relevant work experience in the compensation & benefits field;
• good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
