As an operations manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations at one of our locations in Venlo. This warehouse is part of the DSV Campus, with more than 220,000 m² and over 1,000 colleagues. Together, we ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently: you’re on it.

How you do this? You will be responsible for managing a team of three to five direct reports and indirectly for around 200 FTEs. With your leadership and coaching, you will create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You achieve this by:

  • staying in constant contact with your colleagues and other departments, always being informed about what is going on;

  • setting priorities, driving improvement projects, and continuously challenging our services.

Your team stands out within DSV by its strong independence and extensive expertise at all levels of the operation. From operators to warehouse managers and supervisors, everyone in your team is experienced and focused on delivering quality. This experience and expertise ensure that your team works efficiently and independently, laying the foundation for a successful operation.
