As a program manager, you play a strategic role in continuously improving and further professionalising our logistics services for international clients. You translate complex customer challenges and data-driven insights into well-founded improvement initiatives, strategic projects and successful implementations within our warehouse operations.

You will ensure that projects, ranging from operational optimisations to large-scale strategic initiatives, are managed in a structured way and successfully delivered: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a program manager, you act as the central link between our clients and the internal organisation, including operations, IT and engineering. You translate strategic customer requirements and operational challenges into concrete programmes and projects, ensuring clear objectives, a structured approach and aligned decision-making. You initiate and manage projects, monitor coherence across the project portfolio, and ensure effective coordination with all stakeholders, both internal and external. You use data and analysis to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvements.

At the same time, you are responsible for achieving project outcomes within the defined parameters of time, budget and quality. You monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary, and ensure clear communication with management and clients. With your strong analytical skills and pragmatic approach, you translate complex logistics and IT challenges into feasible solutions on the shop floor. You proactively identify optimisation opportunities, develop business cases, and contribute to the structural improvement and professionalisation of processes and services. You achieve this by:

• gathering, analysing and translating customer requirements into concrete logistics and IT solutions;
• initiating, coordinating and executing projects, ranging from operational optimisations to large-scale implementations;
• maintaining close contact with clients and internal stakeholders and acting as a strategic sparring partner for both operations and management;
• developing well-founded business cases and improvement initiatives based on data analysis and process insights;
• monitoring planning, budget, progress and quality to ensure projects are successfully delivered as agreed.

You work closely with site management, engineering, IT and operations and play a central role in further professionalising and optimising our services for these strategic clients.

You bring

• a completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field;
• approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within logistics, supply chain or IT projects;
• strong analytical skills and experience translating data into improvements and business cases;
• excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in client-facing roles within an international environment.
