Trouble Shooter
Do you think in solutions and not in problems? Do you get to the bottom of a malfunction or problem? Then we are looking for you as a new colleague in our Trouble Shooting team!
What will you be doing?
- As a Troubleshooter you solve operational problems in the warehouse caused by human errors and/or system problems. You find out the cause of the problem, solve it and make sure similar problems can be prevented in the future. The core activities include
- Analysing and prioritising reported operational problems and reporting them to the supervisor;
- Solving operational problems/damages;
- Providing ad-hoc support in case of disruptions/problems;
- Improving operational processes by making, developing and implementing improvement proposals;
- Managing the administrative stock;
- Providing information and answering questions of employees and customers regarding disruptions.

- MBO work and thinking level;
- Fork-lift truck and/or reach truck certificate/diploma is an advantage!
- In possession of the Key User Rights of Cargowrite;
- Command of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing;
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within a warehouse;
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts (from 6:00 to 15:00 / from 12:00 to 21:00);
- Knowledge of Inventory Control is an advantage.
