As a troubleshooter, you'll be part of the implementation of a new fashion client in our modern, automated warehouse. You’ll analyse disruptions, identify bottlenecks and ensure systems, processes and people work seamlessly together. Your technical insight and solution-focused mindset will make all the difference: you’re on it.

How you do this? You’re responsible for detecting, investigating and resolving operational and system-related disruptions. These can result from user errors or technical failures. You’ll uncover root causes, solve problems and help prevent recurrence. You achieve this by:

• thoroughly analysing reported operational issues and determining priorities in close coordination with your supervisor;
• improving operational processes by identifying and implementing optimisations in collaboration with other departments;
• supporting urgent disruptions by answering questions from colleagues and clients.

You bring

• affinity with automated logistics processes;
• xperience with Excel, Microsoft Office and preferably WMS systems (knowledge of Cargowrite is a plus);
• strong command of English, both spoken and written;
• analytical and independent working skills, with a collaborative mindset;
• flexibility to work in different shifts, especially during peak seasons.
