Providing our customers with flawless logistics services. From inbound and outbound to returns. You’re on it!

How do you do this? Every day, you lead a team of around 15 to 50 people, depending on how busy it is. Team leads, troubleshooters, temporary workers and your DSV colleagues within our warehouse. You are the first point of contact for them.  

You support the team leads, maintain contacts with Customer Service, are able to make quick decisions and always put safety first. This is the only way to guarantee every day the quality of service that DSV stands for.

You achieve this by: 

• supervising sick leave, conducting result and development interviews and leading the day start or other staff meetings; 
• monitoring the implementation of the logistical processes based on a daily and weekly schedule; 
• providing management information based on previously agreed targets/KPIs;
• handling and documenting near misses, equipment damage, PC malfunctions and scanners that do not work or need to be replaced;
• participating in kaizen improvement projects, in collaboration with engineering, project management and global IT.

You bring

• experience within transport and logistics, combined with managerial experience;
• a good command of the English language;
• experience with warehouse management systems or the drive to quickly master these systems;
• willingness to work in shifts, with working hours varying from 8:00 to 17:00, from 6:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 24:00.
