On this department, everything revolves around speed, quality and flawless order processing. You work in a largely automated environment that will receive a major upgrade in 2026. With your knowledge of picking, packing and value-added services, you know exactly how to get the most out of both people and processes, and you play a key role in making that happen.

How do you do this? As Warehouse Team Leader, you are the link between the warehouse supervisor and the team on the floor. You oversee the bigger picture, identify bottlenecks and act immediately where needed. With your people skills, energy and eye for quality, you ensure workflow, performance and team dynamics run smoothly every day. You achieve this by:

• distributing daily tasks within picking, packing and VAS, and acting as the first point of contact for your team;
• identifying disruptions in the process at an early stage and proactively resolving them;
• contributing to improvement projects, especially towards the 2026 warehouse upgrade;
• monitoring and adjusting KPIs such as productivity, quality and lead times;
• coaching, motivating and developing your team, ensuring that everyone grows along with DSV’s ambitions.

You bring

• experience in picking, packing and/or VAS process coordination;
• passion for logistics and the energy to inspire others;
• a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude; you want to improve every day;
• strong communication skills and natural people leadership;
• good command of the English language.
