Move forward as Warehouse Teamleader at DSV in Venlo

As a warehouse team leader, you're always on the lookout for ways to optimise productivity and ensure our logistics processes run smoothly. No challenge is too big for you, and you know exactly how to bring out the best in your team. You’re on it.

How you do this? You’ll be the go-to colleague for our warehouse manager, as you know exactly what’s going on in our warehouse. You’ll make sure the right people are in the right place to meet our production standards and time and quality requirements. You achieve this by:

•    distributing daily operational tasks and acting as the first point of contact for the 20 to 45 colleagues on your team;
•    quickly identifying any deviations or disruptions in workflow;
•    providing input for projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures;
•    monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs and workload, and taking actions when necessary.

You bring
•    proven leadership experience with employees from different cultures and language backgrounds;
•    experience in a logistics (3PL) environment;
•    willingness to work in alternating shifts or a two-shift schedule;
•    good command of English, both spoken and written.
