For this client, you will work in a largely automated operation where technology and data support your team in ensuring an efficient flow of goods. Thanks to advanced systems, you can fully focus on leadership, optimisation, and achieving performance target: you’re on it.

How you do this? You are the crucial link between our warehouse supervisor and the team on the shop floor. With your sharp insight and involvement, you know exactly what is happening and where bottlenecks may arise. You ensure that the right employees are deployed at the right time and place, so that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You continuously monitor the workflow and proactively intervene when necessary to prevent disruptions. With your helicopter view, you keep a close eye on the bigger picture of your department, ensuring that everything runs not only according to plan but also continuously improves and optimises. This way, you ensure the operation runs like clockwork day in, day out. You achieve this by:

• distributing daily tasks and acting as the main point of contact for your team;
• proactively identifying and resolving issues in the workflow;
• contributing to continuous improvement projects within our logistics processes and procedures;
• monitoring KPIs and adjusting where necessary.

You bring

• excellent communication skills and the ability to share your passion with others;
• knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse environment;
• willingness to work in a two-shift schedule, with additional night shifts during our peak seasons;
• good command of English, both spoken and written.
