Your responsibilities:

  • We are forming new team that will provide Customer integration to Lead Logistics business and seek for Team Lead who will manage that team
  • Efficiently maintains the Backlog to reflect an updated state of the requirements for the team.
  • Actively collaborates with business to align on the team’s tasks that will maximize the value provided to the organization.
  • Successful resolution of escalations towards business that originated in the team.
  • Collaborates with the team’s management to support the team’s development, follow up on personal goals and coaching.
  • Supports the team to act according to the guidelines and principles within the DSV Agile Framework.
  • Proposes an iteration goal based on the current capacity of the team
  • Coaches the team how to remove impediments and enforce them to take ownership for the tasks
  • Enables the team to take their own decisions whenever is possible and allow the team to experiment with their own approach and become self-organized.
  • Ensure the team has the possibility to openly assess their skills, plan activities for development and inspection.
  • Ensures that the work of the team is done according to the priority provided by stakeholders.
  • Ensures coordination in cross-area, cross-division or dependencies with other teams or Virtual Team Leaders.
  • Evaluating development progress over iterations. Forecasts and anticipates using workflow metrics.

 

 

Our requirements:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills – The Team Lead should be able to communicate effortlessly and know how to negotiate
  • Fluent English
  • Domain knowledge – A thorough understanding of the market environment in which the company operates is necessary and min. 3 years’ experience in EDI. 
  • Responsibility – The Team Lead takes full responsibility for the team performance, min 3 years of team management
  • Versatility - The Team Lead is able to handle a broad range of issues (interpersonal, SRQ related, process related).
  • Open-mindedness - The Team Lead continuously looks for ways to improve the Team’s performance. He is willing to experiment and try out new things.
