Responsibilities:

  • Spot quotes handling
  • Cooperation with global customers in area of transportation pricing
  • Handling requests for pricing transportation lanes
  • Updating transportation tariffs
  • Preparing business reviews for customers
  • Managing air/sea/road mini-tenders
  • Price analysis and preparation of the final offer for customers
  • Direct ongoing service to a selected group of global customers
  • Building long term relationships with the assumed level of customer service quality
  • Reporting results

 

 

Our requirements:

  • Customer service experience and knowledge of the logistics/forwarding industry
  • Knowledge of English at least B2 level (very good in speech and writing)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Education in the field of transportation and logistics is preferred
