Responsibilities: 

  • Monitoring and responding to incoming inquiries 

  • Daily cooperation with tender and operational teams around the world 

  • Activities supporting Account Owners - requests for proposals, implementation of mini tenders, price list management, updating fuel prices, invoice audits 

  • Price analysis and preparation of the final offer 

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients 

  • Identifying and analyzing customer needs and suggestions 

  • Making process improvements

  

Our requirements: 

  • Customer service experience or knowledge of the logistics/forwarding industry 

  • knowledge of English at least B2 level (very good in speech and writing) 

  • very good knowledge of Excel 

  • ability to work in a team 

  • development mindset and willingness to learn
