Your responsibilities:
- Providing leadership to the team on daily activities to achieve maximum operations efficiency
- Direct supervision over the work of Process Leads / subordinate employees and their results
- Communicate the company’s goals & objectives into manageable tasks for the team and ensure. full understanding among them
- Participating in projects roll outs, training & supporting SSC in new process improvements
- Identifying Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements within SSC and support them to increase performance
- Ensuring control and compliance requirements of processes are met
Our requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in SSC / BPO
- Experience or background in Customer Service / Finance
- Experience in financial reporting would be an asset
- Higher education, preferred in finance / marketing area
- Knowledge of English at least at level C1
- Knowledge of another foreign language at B2 level would be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate employees
- Leadership authority
- Understanding employees development needs and active supporting of their realisation
- Ability to effectively deliver business aims
- Ability to promote innovation and mobilize employees in the process of change implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
