Are you an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? The Group PMO is looking for a dynamic Administrative Specialist to join our Project Support Office team! In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our international operations, ensuring seamless coordination, supporting key projects, and empowering teams to deliver their best. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive administrative support for Group PMO and individual projects. 

  • Roadmap and portfolio management. 

  • Updating and managing templates, processes, methods, standards, SOP’s and e-learnings. 

  • Administration of central sites, project communities, and resources (e.g., SharePoint). 

  • Management and verification of project documentation. 

  • Ensuring adherence to Project Management governance and methodologies. 

  • Preparation of complex reports and presentations 

  • Assistance with strategic assignments for PMO initiatives. 

  • Conducting onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Our requirements:

  • English language proficiency at least B2+ level – excellent/fluent in both written and spoken communication. 

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, project support/management or business analysis. 

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Teams. 

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. 

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. 

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2/Agile) and familiarity with MS SharePoint is a significant advantage.
