Join our Supply Chain Technologies organization and take technical ownership of our 4PL / Lead Logistics solutions, with Blue Yonder Transportation Management at the core.
You will act as the end-to-end Technical Lead and Solution Architect, translating business and customer requirements into scalable, integrated solutions across transportation management, integrations, visibility, reporting and the wider supply-chain technology landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical solution design for 4PL / Lead Logistics customer solutions
• Act as design authority for Blue Yonder Transportation Management (BY TM) and its integration with the wider technology landscape
• Translate business requirements into robust solution architectures aligned with DSV technology standards and enterprise architecture
• Define application architecture, system boundaries, data flows, APIs/EDI integrations and key technical dependencies
• Lead the technical workstream across customer implementations, migrations and major solution changes
• Coordinate solution design across Blue Yonder TM, integration services, visibility platforms, ERP/WMS, reporting and other supply-chain applications
• Work closely with Business Analysis & Product, development, integration, infrastructure/cloud and external technology partners
• Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle, from solution definition and design through implementation, testing, go-live and transition to support
• Drive standardization and reusable solution patterns, minimizing unnecessary customization and technical complexity
• Assess solution gaps, technical risks and cross-application impacts and define appropriate solutions or enhancements
• Maintain high-level solution and architecture documentation and provide technical guidance across the organization

Our requirements:

• Strong functional and technical expertise in Blue Yonder / JDA Transportation Management
• Strong understanding of 4PL, Lead Logistics, transportation management and supply-chain processes
• Proven experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple applications and technologies
• Strong knowledge of EDI, APIs, system integrations and data flows
• Experience integrating TMS with ERP, WMS, visibility, carrier, order-management and reporting solutions
• Experience as a Solution Architect, Application Architect, Application Designer or Technical Lead in complex implementation environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable and supportable technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions across geographically distributed teams and technology partners
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage

Your role in the team:

You will be the technical counterpart to our Business Analysis & Product function, taking ownership of how business requirements are translated into an integrated technology solution.

This is more than a Blue Yonder TM specialist role. You will have a holistic view of the 4PL solution landscape, ensuring that applications, integrations and technology components operate as one coherent end-to-end solution.
