Business Analyst – Take part and drive the successful digital transformation of Customs globally

Be the bridge and drive the change

In our team we work with defining, specifying and creating the products for Customs that will both make DSV efficient and drive commercial value and opportunities. There are lots of stakeholders to be managed on all levels and we take pride in not just being part of something but driving and succeeding in the process. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure that our customers are aware of what they are getting and define how our products should work going forward to realize the potential value of customs.

Design, configure and ensure adoption

As a Business Analyst, you will be working on evolving Customs AI along with the commercial offerings that we are pushing to the market. This means that you will work on changing how we do business and work in DSV and help shape the future for customs.

More specifically, you will:

• Turn business initiatives into epics, user stories and in the end see it implemented in the product by communicating the development requests in clear and concise manner
• Do proper business analysis and proactively work with platform users to identify new software requirements from the business
• Manage stakeholders and make sure there is both transparency and story telling
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Global IT, local Management, and other key stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
• Assisting in designing future processes and establishing acceptance criteria’s both from business, customer and group level.
• Establish and handle the master data management setup in global customs
• Create processes and frameworks for how we work
• Follow-up on whether our products are living up to expectations
