Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned tasks according to Road tender process.
• Verification and quality checking during different tender steps according to DSV tender management process.
• Communication with the commercial leads and globally located departments.
• Offer preparation accordingly to the documentations.
• Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.
• Supporting ad hoc tasks.
• Learn and understand the underlying process of reporting tools.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
• Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of DSV.
• Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
• Pro activeness in generating ideas to improve tender processes within DSV and participating in continuous improvement projects
• Keep CRM Microsoft Dynamics up to date with all details related to Global Road Tender

Requirements:

• Experience in working with and analysis of large data sets.
• Experience in working under time pressure.
• Knowledge of Road transport and Road tender processes is nice to have 
• University graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained forwarder.
• English language on B2 level.
• MS Excel on advanced level.
