Your responsibilities:

• Analysing the transport requirements from the customer, based on the RFQ documentation,
• Offer preparation accordingly to the specifications included in the internal documentation,
• Check and validate the received input on completeness, consistency etc,
• Request the necessary rates at the involved countries,
• Communication with the Commercial leads and globally located departments,
• Secure / manage the timely delivery of the rates by the customers,
• Calculate transport cost budgets based on the rates and the available shipment profile,
• Coordination and actualization of the files crucial for the measuring current stage of reporting process.

Our requirements:

• university degree –studies connected with transportation are preferable,
• knowledge and professional experience in logistics area / data analysis,
• English language skills - fluent both written and spoken,
• fluent Ms Excel skills,
• analytical thinking skills,
• excellent communication skills,
• ability to work under time pressure and you are efficient at the same time,
• ability to search for information and work with large data sets,
• accuracy and conscientiousness.
