Your responsibilities:

 

  • Performing 2nd level support of CRM Dynamics 365 (In DSV – this CRM is implemented in 85 countries on 6 continents)
  • CRM configuration and customization – mainly Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules
  • Troubleshooting in CRM
  • Building workflows and cloud flows using Power Apps
  • Testing new features in cooperation with the development and test team
  • Creation and updating documentation (manuals, procedures, etc.)

 

Our requirements:

 

  • Good experience in support of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in customizing Dynamics 365
  • Power Apps skills
  • Analytical mind
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT)
  • Fluent English
