We are looking for a Change Management candidate for finance integration and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic professional with a firm understanding of finance processes, systems, and operating models.

The change manager role requires good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to build and maintain business relationships. You can stand your ground and know how to manoeuvre across the organisation as you adapt the way to pitch the change management activities to the context and stakeholder needs.
