Join Security Governance and Risk in IT Compliance

You will join DSV in the office in Warsaw. Here, you will be part of the diverse Security Governance and Risk team. We are part of the Group Sustainability & Compliance department with 160 employees in total who also cover topics such as legal, trade & customs compliance, QHSE, sustainability, IT Security and more. Responsibility/ Tasks:

In this role, you will be working with information risk management – both DSV’s internal risks and risks related to our IT Supply Chain. You will be working with systems that are newly implemented and/or under implementation. 

More specifically you will be:

Review Questionnaire Responses & Identify Risks
•    Assess and analyze IT Security questionnaire responses from suppliers to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
•    Verify the completeness and accuracy of information provided by suppliers in IT security-related questionnaires.

Audit Report Review and deviation identification
•    Evaluate and analyze audit reports submitted by suppliers to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security controls.
•    Identify potential risks and deviations in supplier processes, controls, and security practices based on the review of questionnaire responses.

Deadline Management & Risk Review
•    Monitor and enforce deadlines on security questionnaires or agreed mitigation plans. 
•    Review identified risks to ensure completeness. 

Reporting
•    Help the team conduct the regular reporting to senior management and other business stakeholder. 

Requirements:

Basic IT security knowledge – and ability to learn 
To have success in the role, you will need a basic understanding of IT Security. Experience with GRC work within IT Security is an advantage – but most importantly you are interested in learning and can retain a steep learning curve.

Furthermore, you have: 

• English language skills - fluent both written and spoken,
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as IT, legal, procurement, audit,
• Stakeholder management skills
• Keen eye for details and deadlines.
