Your responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiation & Management
  Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors (including framework agreements and project consulting agreements), ensuring best cost-for-value (TCO) for DSV
• Vendor Relationship Management
  Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, including high-risk vendors, through regular status meetings
• Stakeholder Management
  Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and maintain positive relations
• Cost Analysis & Reporting
  Collaborate with Finance to conduct cost analysis for vendors and consultants, ensuring transparency and cost optimization
• Contractual Templates & Compliance
  Draft and improve contractual templates, ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and intellectual property protection
• Continuous Improvement
  Support process improvements, participate in training, and contribute to the growth of junior colleagues

Our requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT contract management and vendor negotiations
• Experience working with large IT vendors and consultancy service providers
• Proven track record in international environments
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and reporting
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Communicative German language skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global organization
• Knowledge of IT sourcing and procurement processes
• Familiarity with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and vendor performance evaluation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing both back-office and front-office tasks
• Office presence at least 3 times per week
