Your responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation & Management
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors (including framework agreements and project consulting agreements), ensuring best cost-for-value (TCO) for DSV - Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, including high-risk vendors, through regular status meetings - Stakeholder Management
Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and maintain positive relations - Cost Analysis & Reporting
Collaborate with Finance to conduct cost analysis for vendors and consultants, ensuring transparency and cost optimization - Contractual Templates & Compliance
Draft and improve contractual templates, ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and intellectual property protection - Continuous Improvement
Support process improvements, participate in training, and contribute to the growth of junior colleagues
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT contract management and vendor negotiations
- Experience working with large IT vendors and consultancy service providers
- Proven track record in international environments
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and reporting
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Communicative German language skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global organization
- Knowledge of IT sourcing and procurement processes
- Familiarity with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and vendor performance evaluation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable managing both back-office and front-office tasks
- Office presence at least 3 times per week
