Responsibilities:

• Actively supporting with the global RFP process
• Preparing the offer comparisons
• Commercial negotiations
• Analysing the contracts and the offers to ensure compliance with internal company policies and requirements
• Monitoring and updating changes in contracts
• Addressing contract issues and inquiries and collaborating with other departments within the company
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Actively participating in projects that enhance contract management
• Maintaining and updating the contract database, organizing the distribution of the documents

Requirements:

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Overseeing RFP processes and contract negotiations
• Min 1 year of experience from a similar position in contracts or procurement - experience in reading contracts and frame agreements
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with contracting and vendor management
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Adaptable to change
• Capable of making independent decisions
