Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager, you'll be part of our Group Customs Implementation Team, responsible for implementing a cutting-edge platform with the gold to revolutionize customs declarations by utilizing AI technology. Whether you're based in Denmark, Poland, or the UK, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customs processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project management, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, e.g. technical business analysts, data scientists, and developers 
• Training to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Stakeholder management, aligning with local and global stakeholders on goals and priorities to ensure successful adoption
• Risk mitigation, identifying and addressing risks and issues that may impact implementation

Qualifications:

• Customs experience with either a tech understanding or implementation know-how
• Customer-centric mindset 
• Tech-savviness, and a solid grasp of platform technology. Familiarity with API/EDI integrations and AI & OCR will put you one step ahead of the game
• Project management skills from leading complex projects and coordinating teams
