You will further be supporting the efforts of defining the information architecture for our ever-growing DSV organization. The DSV Architecture Governance team needs an experienced, capable information architect who can help mature how we manage information on our IT solutions supporting our global business. In DSV Global IT we strive to GROW business, IMPROVE user productivity, and THINK enterprise. The highly skilled members of the DSV Architecture Governance team play a key role in delivering on our Global IT ambitions. In the information domain, we collaborate with colleagues across DSV’s IT organisation.

Your workplace can be in our modern headquarters located in Hedehusene, near Copenhagen, in our equally modern office in Warsaw, or in our Johannesburg office.

Seasoned Information Architecht
You are a seasoned information architect and will be responsible for information aspects of our IT architecture together with your enterprise architect colleagues. We have an extensive system portfolio running on a diverse set of platforms, where you will be a guardian of information related changes to the DSV system portfolio. Additionally, you will be overseeing our portfolio of enterprise architecture publications and help drive conformance to these. You will be reporting directly to the global head of Architecture Governance.

Your primary areas of responsibility within information architecture:

• Responsible for training of colleagues in EA Tool use and developing best practices.
• Responsible for maintaining EA Tool and improving related processes.
• Responsible maintaining EA communication channels.
• Accountable for data quality in EA Tool.
• Act as trusted advisor within Global IT.
• Ensure we apply DSV IT Standards wherever possible.
• Assist in driving information architecture related projects.

The position will provide you with ample opportunity to develop professional and personal competencies while influencing the information direction within DSV.

Pragmatic team player

• You hold a bachelor degree in computer science or similar.
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English – spoken as well as written.
• 5+ years’ experience with information management – preferably in large, international organizations.
• Understanding of IT Architecture concepts (TOGAF, ArchiMate etc.)
• Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills.

You are a pragmatic team player with a flair for administration. You are curious by nature and willing to learn. You thrive on continuous improvements (agile mindset) and pay attention to detail. You have an interest in networking and communicating with all levels of our organisation. You are comfortable taking lead, accepting responsibility, and making decisions.
