Your responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the team and driving operational procedures in relation to DSV’s Export Control Policy
  • Managing, monitoring and improving existing or implementing new processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Overseeing compliance with DSV's Export Control Policy
  • Reporting and analysing data and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Driving continuous improvement of the team by facilitating training & development and coaching individual team members

 

Our requirements:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (any additional language is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in setting team performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to identify individual strengths and foster professional growth
  • A proactive, goal-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to navigate and communicate within the dynamics of a large, global organisation
