Financial Analyst act as the enabler of analytics to support commercial decisions and forward-looking planning and forecasting. It ensures relevant and reliable data in systems to enable Group functions and the Finance organization to perform planning, forecasting and analysis with high quality and consistent performance.
Main responsibilities:
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards.
- Consolidate and validate financial data from multiple stakeholders and regions.
- Support variance analysis and provide insights on key financial trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
Planning & System Support
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by maintaining planning data and systems.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial planning tools.
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
- Support planning cycles, documentation, and process administration.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or comparable training/professional experience in FP&A or Controlling
- Proven relevant work experience (2+ years) in FP&A, Controlling, or a similar finance support role
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to identify and respond to evolving business and FP&A reporting requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and end users
- Solid understanding of financial planning and reporting processes, with a hands-on and supportive approach
