Join DSV as a Fleet Operations Specialist and support daily trailer fleet operations across Europe. You will work with trailer availability, fleet utilization, and internal customer needs in a practical, operational role.

DSV Global Equipment Services manages trailer rental and daily trailer operations for DSV teams across Europe. The team focuses on keeping trailers available, well-utilized and aligned with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trailer fleet availability and smooth daily operations
• Coordinate trailer flow: registration, rental services, and redelivery
• Match available trailers with internal customer needs
• Register MOTs and maintenance requests in the Fleet Management System
• Keep service contacts and operational data up to date
• Work closely with DSV workshops and technical teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet control, forwarding, or haulage
• Good understanding of transport operations and customer needs
• Structured and systematic approach to daily tasks
• Attention to detail and focus on results
• Clear, direct, and respectful communication style
• Good command of English for daily cooperation
