Would you like to help us continue our journey of embedding DSV’s global HR tool into the organization in close collaboration with our stakeholders? Do you have experience with supporting payroll integrations utilizing SAP SuccessFactors? Then join our Global HRIS team to make your mark on our growth journey. SAP SuccessFactors has been rolled out to over 75,000 employees with twelve payroll integrations so far. Currently our modules contain Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing, Performance Management and Succession. In addition, we are on our way of implementing a Total Workforce Management Solution which includes WorkForce Software and Fieldglass.

 

We have an ambitious plan to implement new modules and more integrations in the upcoming years. You will work together with stakeholders at various levels and across the global DSV organization. You will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment and the role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Group HR.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As a member of the Global HRIS team, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • In partnership with the Global IT organization and local payroll teams, support the implementation of new payroll integrations by defining business requirements ensuring adherence to a global template and IT governance, mapping values from SAP SuccessFactors to the local payroll system, managing and facilitating User Acceptance testing, analyzing and comparing data and preparing the organization for the implementation.
  • In partnership with our Global IT organization, support the rollout and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors system and serves as the point-of-contact for functional areas within the Human Resource teams across the globe.
  • Supporting the rollout and maintenance of multiple payroll integrations, ensuring data integrity, testing of changes and the analyzing of data and processes for process improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting of payroll integration and HRIS by researching and identifying the root causes for data problems such as: system limitations or design, user error, or lack of standard procedures for accurate ongoing administration of HR systems and reports.
  • Being involved in testing SuccessFactors system releases and identifying potential impact on the payroll integrations.
  • Managing and conducting data audits between SAP SuccessFactors and payroll system to ensure adherence to governance and policies.
  • This position will have additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study required.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management and Training).
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
