Would you like to help us continue our journey of embedding DSV’s global HR tool into the organization in close collaboration with our stakeholders? Do you have experience with supporting the organization utilizing the reporting features of SAP SuccessFactors? Then join our Global HRIS team to make your mark on our growth journey. SAP SuccessFactors has been rolled out to over 75,000 employees with 14 payroll integrations so far. Currently, our modules contain Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing, Performance Management and Succession. In addition, we are on our way to implementing a Total Workforce Management Solution which includes WorkForce Software and Fieldglass.

 

We have an ambitious plan to implement new modules and more integrations in the upcoming years. You will work together with stakeholders at various levels and across the global DSV organization. You will experience a great degree of independence in a flexible and dynamic environment and the role will offer great exposure to DSV globally and within Group HR.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As a member of the Global HRIS team, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Create and distribute a variety of reports from regularly scheduled (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to ad hoc utilizing data in DSV Employee Central by required due date as assigned. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
  • Carryout various audits by required due date as assigned, reporting any anomalies accordingly.
  • Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central in relation to requests related to reporting.
  • Maintain DSV Employee Central data integrity by reporting data anomalies to the HRIS helpdesk.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • This position will have additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study required.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources field (including Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management and Training).
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in HR related systems administration (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), payroll processing, functional support and enhancement development required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI

 

LANGUAGES

 

  • Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)
