As a member of our team of Business Analysts, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our IT systems. We are passionate about technology and problem-solving, and we are committed to creating impactful solutions that transform how we operate.

Here, you will amongst other: 

• Develop and document comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements and specifications to drive solution design and delivery
• Identify inefficiencies in IT systems and workflows enabling the design of solutions to optimize technology-driven processes. 
• Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of technical needs and solutions.
• Help evaluate IT solutions and technologies to ensure they meet business requirements and provide value.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT requirements, processes, and solutions for reference and compliance.

Your Profile: 

With your great communication skills, you can interact with a wide range of colleagues across the organisation – and you can convey your points in a clear and constructive way. 

Additionally, we envision that you have some, if not all of the below: 

• A relevant degree within Business Management, Engineering, Information Technology 
• You have a successful track record as a Business Analyst, with expertise in defining business requirements using relevant models and techniques to capture system behavior, data flows, and business processes.
• You have a strong analytical mindset with a methodical and organized approach to work.
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience in the logistics sector
• SQL/DB2
• Understanding of cloud concepts 
• Understanding of agile principles, Jira, Confluence
