We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery & Team Operations Partner to support our Public API Development Team.

The role is based in Poland and follows a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days working from home. The delivery team is primarily located in Noida, India, making strong communication, facilitation, and cross-cultural collaboration essential for success.

This is a hybrid role combining Scrum Master responsibilities with broader team coordination and leadership support. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of Agile principles, strong facilitation skills, and a genuine motivation to help individuals and teams grow.

A key focus of the role is to help the team become more self-sufficient, collaborative, and confident in the way they work. The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Lead / Product Owner in India and with the team manager to support team effectiveness, communication, follow-up, and operational rhythm.

This is not a fully dedicated Scrum Master role. Approximately 70% of the role will focus on Scrum Master and agile delivery support responsibilities, while approximately 30% will focus on leadership support, team coordination, communication, and team operations.

Your responsibilities:

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery

  • Promote Agile principles and practices in the team’s day-to-day work
  • Coach the team towards stronger collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Support individuals and the team in becoming more self-sufficient, proactive, and confident
  • Encourage participation and open communication across the team
  • Identify and help remove impediments, while ensuring timely follow-up on actions, risks, and dependencies
  • Work closely with the Team Lead / Product Owner & Product Manager to support planning, prioritization, and delivery flow
  • Create transparency around progress, blockers, risks, and team dynamics
  • Ensure discussions lead to clear outcomes, ownership, and follow-up actions
  • Foster a positive and psychologically safe team environment

Leadership Support / Team Operations

  • Work closely with the department manager as a trusted partner in supporting team effectiveness, communication, planning, and operational follow-up
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of selected leadership and team meetings
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports, written updates, presentations, and other structured communication
  • Organize follow-ups, meeting notes, action tracking, and recurring team activities
  • Support planning and coordination of team events and engagement activities
  • Help create structure, consistency, and effective communication rhythms across the team
  • Translate leadership direction into practical follow-up and team-level coordination where needed

Our requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role as Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or Agile Delivery support role
  • Good understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and team facilitation
  • Proven ability to coach and support individuals and teams in becoming more capable and self-sufficient
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Confidence and maturity to guide discussions, encourage collaboration, and challenge passivity when needed
  • Ability to work effectively with teams that may be quiet or less proactive in group discussions
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and locations
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills, including preparing reports, summaries, presentations, and structured updates
  • Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to independently drive follow-ups and maintain momentum
  • Fluent in English
