Are you an experienced IT Service Owner within ERP and Finance Solutions with a passion for delivering complex projects and driving positive change in a dynamic environment?

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Delivery Management department within Group & Enterprise Applications in DSV Global IT. The area of the IT Service Ownership within ERP and Finance Solutions is currently in the definition stage, and this means that you will have the chance to have a pioneering role influence on the shaping of this role in a Finance context in a large global company like DSV.

 

IT Service Owner who takes ownership and responsibility

We are looking for a person who is not afraid to take charge and responsibility and who has extensive knowledge of the different areas within Finance applications.

An important task for the Service Owner will be to create and build links and relationships to the different SME’s e.g., architects, release/change management, within the ERP and Finance Solutions organisation. This means you will have to build a network to be able to source information and knowledge to span the different responsibilities of the job.

As our IT Service Owner, you:

  • Have the overall IT accountability for the delivery, operation, and maintenance of your IT applications service.

  • Are the single point of contact of an IT Service (application & infrastructure), including financial follow-up and stakeholder management.

  • Will ensure that the expected outcome & quality is delivered within agreed service levels and manage the expectation of the customer in relation to IT system.

Selected key activities:

  • In collaboration with other teams, organize and drive development and support and trouble shoot within a service.

  • Monitor and challenge operational activities.

  • Service Owner and Subject Matter Expert of specific applications, where you are overall responsible for the applications and handle dialogues and coordination with the internal customers and global IT operations as well as with the vendors

 

Our Requirements:

You hold an education at minimum level of bachelor’s degree within IT and have minimum 5 years of experience with coordination of IT delivery. We expect you also have experience with maintenance and support, as well as IT security and compliance.

Personally, you:

  • Possess great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Are proactive, structured, and adept at managing and coordinating multiple tasks

  • Demonstrate a strong orientation towards systems and processes, especially in finance

  • Are service-minded thought still assertive and able to communicate in a direct, constructive manner

  • Naturally take on responsibility and can lead the delivery from beginning to end

  • Are fluent in English and possess the ability to write, speak, and comprehend English at a professional level

  • Thrive in a large international company with many international colleagues and vast possibilities
