Your responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the smooth operation of applications by promptly resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined Service Level Agreements
  • Provide dedicated support, training, and service to end users, and other business representatives
  • Foster a holistic understanding of the applications, acting as a Subject Mater expert
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Establish and maintain regular relationships with users across different departments to facilitate smooth adoption of applications

 

Our requirements:

 

  • You excel at stakeholder management and can communicate with colleagues across all hierarchical levels, and vendors
  • Experience in delivering second-level support for IT applications via ticketing systems
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural team
  • Verbal and written language skills in English are essential for the role
  • You are resilient and not afraid to have a little fun while you do so
  • Knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework is desired
