Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain data quality rules focused on data completeness and accuracy.
- Support the implementation of standard and customized data quality validations for new accounts.
- Work with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand data quality requirements and resolve identified issues.
- Investigate data quality defects and provide guidance to users on validation results.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure data quality rules are working as expected.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to support data quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets using tools such as Excel and Power BI (user level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
- Previous exposure to data quality, data analysis, testing, or operational support is a plus.
