Purpose of the job:

Responsibility/ Tasks:

• Provide business and functional support on SAP modules within Purchase to Pay (PtP) scope coving the business areas; Vendor invoicing, MM, AP, Webcost, OCR application

• System configuration for the SAP modules within PtP

• Learn to master the discipline of preparing requirement, design and technical documentation

• Learn to assess impact and gaps in the current business processes

• Work with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions

On some development tasks, you will be working independently as a configuration consultant in close collaboration with your business counterpart. As we roll out the template and new functionalities, however, you will be part of a project team to ensure successful completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Management, Accounting, or other relevant Areas

• 3+ years of experience in the labour market on positions with relevance in Finance, Account Payable Invoices, or any other relevant work experiences

• Experience in SAP ERP/SAP or S4/Hana as FI-CO and MM functional are an advantage

• Some experience in preparing requirements documentation, design and technical documentation

• You speak and write English effortlessly and fluently

• Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication

• Ability and knowledge to drive tasks forward with proactive communication

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to perform in multi-task situations
